Notre T45 arceau de sécurité À boulonner est la mise à niveau de performance ultime axée sur la "préservation avant tout". Il offre une cellule de sécurité à haute résistance, conforme FIA, qui peut être retirée si le véhicule revient à un usage routier ou concours, ce qui en fait le choix définitif pour le collectionneur-compétiteur sérieux.
Il s'agit d'un kit À boulonner. Nous utilisons des plaques sandwich de précision et des fixations à haute résistance pour fixer l'arceau aux principaux points structurels de la S30. Aucun soudage sur le châssis n'est nécessaire, protégeant ainsi la carrosserie d'origine et la valeur de votre investissement à long terme.
Bien que tous les kits soient fournis en métal brut par défaut, nous proposons un service de peinture en poudre sur mesure. La peinture personnalisée commence à partir de 150 £ + TVA, avec un prix final adapté à la finition choisie. Overview:
Our multipoint weld-in roll cages are designed to FIA minima specification but not for weight saving. However, due to the precision fitment—hugging closely to the body shell—it is common and recommended practice to increase the number of weld points to the bodyshell significantly.
Weld-In Roll Cage Kit Contents
Each kit includes:
- Pre-cut and profiled tubing for easy fitment
- Footplates for welding to the vehicle floor/chassis
- All relevant gussets for reinforcement and safety
- Designed for a tight, accurate fit
These kits are ideal for race car builds, rally and track-day cars, or any high-performance application where structural integrity and safety are critical.

When it comes to historic racing, the design of safety equipment like roll cages is crucial for both safety and authenticity. FIA Appendix K sets strict guidelines that allow historic cars to maintain their original appearance and geometry, while ensuring that safety standards meet the necessary requirements.
The simplicity of historic cages compared to modern ones can be attributed to the fact that materials and engineering standards were different back in the day. The emphasis was more on protecting the driver from certain types of crashes rather than achieving the multipoint designs of today’s standards.
In historic motorsport, the goal is often to balance modern safety standards while still maintaining historical accuracy. Modern cages are more robust, but they don’t necessarily replicate the way cars were originally reinforced, which can affect the authenticity of the driving experience.
Weld-in cages are still acceptable under the current rules, which is a plus for many restorers and classic drivers, as they provide a strong, period-appropriate safety solution.

Key Features of the Bolt-in Roll Cage Kit:
- Quick Installation:
- These kits offer a convenient way to install a roll cage in a car, especially compared to weld-in kits.
- Installation is simplified as it mostly requires bolting, with welding needed only for the footplates.
- Strength and Lightness:
- Using our FIA Certified Lap-Joints: These lap joints are a key feature, offering stronger and lighter performance compared to traditional fixings. Their design also makes them nearly invisible once the cage is painted.
- Footplate Design:
- Traditional footplate boxes are not used due to their unacceptability in international events, replaced with underfloor doubler plates, which are more robust and secure.
- OEM Mounting Points:
- Some of our bolt-in designs utilise OEM mounting points in the body shell. This method is not suitable for MSUK or FIA-sanctioned events — please contact the technical sales team for further details.
- Fixing Points:
- Depending on the car’s category and model, there are up to 14 fixing points.
- High-Quality Fasteners:
- The kit uses high tensile 12.9 grade fixings, which are strong, durable, and included with the kit.
- Coating Options:
- The kit can be supplied either with a powder-coated finish for extra durability and aesthetics, or in plain steel, which can be customized by the installer.

xA roll cage design must comply with the MSA/FIA technical regulations published in the MS UK Blue book. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure his/her roll cage complies with the technical regulations appropriate to the event they are competing in.
