xOur INEOS Grenadier T45 Bolt-In Roll Cage is the result of an exclusive engineering collaboration developed with Buzz Special Vehicles. Designed to meet the demands of the world’s most rugged terrain, this FIA Certificated kit is produced from high tensile T45 tubing, providing a world class safety cell for the Grenadier's unique chassis. This roll cage includes doublers which provide an interface for cage mounting points to tie in to the advanced chassis of the Grenadier
By utilizing aerospace grade T45, this cage offers immense structural integrity while providing a significant weight saving—crucial for maintaining a low center of gravity in off road and expedition environments.

While all kits are supplied in a bare metal finish as standard, we offer a bespoke powder coating service. Custom coating starts from £150 +VAT, with final pricing tailored to your chosen finish. To ensure a perfect match, please provide your required RAL code in the order notes; our team will confirm the final specification and any applicable surcharges before processing.

Bolt In
Key Features of the Bolt-in Roll Cage Kit:
- Quick Installation:
- These kits offer a convenient way to install a roll cage in a car, especially compared to weld-in kits.
- Installation is simplified as it mostly requires bolting, with welding needed only for the footplates.
- Strength and Lightness:
- Using our FIA Certified Lap-Joints: These lap joints are a key feature, offering stronger and lighter performance compared to traditional fixings. Their design also makes them nearly invisible once the cage is painted.
- Footplate Design:
- Traditional footplate boxes are not used due to their unacceptability in international events, replaced with underfloor doubler plates, which are more robust and secure.
- OEM Mounting Points:
- Some of our bolt-in designs utilise OEM mounting points in the body shell. This method is not suitable for MSUK or FIA-sanctioned events — please contact the technical sales team for further details.
- Fixing Points:
- Depending on the car’s category and model, there are up to 14 fixing points.
- High-Quality Fasteners:
- The kit uses high tensile 12.9 grade fixings, which are strong, durable, and included with the kit.
- Coating Options:
- The kit can be supplied either with a powder-coated finish for extra durability and aesthetics, or in plain steel, which can be customized by the installer.
Roll Cage Certification
xA roll cage design must comply with the MSA/FIA technical regulations published in the MS UK Blue book. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure his/her roll cage complies with the technical regulations appropriate to the event they are competing in.

- Buildmaster included — every Roll Cage part has a unique sticker ID to help locate the correct part; this is used during checking and packing and is signed off twice
- Important documents – declaration forms and fitting guides included
- Unique ID plaque – do not lose this; the ID plaques are unique to each individual cage kit and must be welded to the cage during installation
- Installed images are available on request
